Contest begins 9:00am GMT March 16th, 2013 and ends at 11:59pm GMT April 14th, 2013.
Prizes: (1) One grand prize winner will receive £200 (or equivalent currency) to the hotspot in their city mentioned in their blog post as well as the outfit featured in their blog post. (2) two runners up will receive a £100 (or equivalent currency) Maxstudio Gift Card. No cash alternative will be offered.
Selection and Notification: The winning entries will be selected and notified by April 30th 2013. The winner must respond to collect their prize within 7 days of the contact date or else their prize will be withdrawn and a new winner will be selected.
Consent and Release: By submitting my image, I grant Max Studio a release to use certain images, likeness, photographs, statements and materials (collectively, the “Materials”) for any purpose including marketing, promotional activities in any medium or for any other use or purpose. I acknowledge that I am 18 years or older, that I have the authority to execute this release and that I have the right to authorize Max Studio to use the Materials. I also grant Max Studio and its agents, subcontractors, licensees and assignees the right to use, copy, display, publish, distribute and communicate the Materials (or any part thereof) for the purposes stated above. These rights are worldwide and royalty-free. I understand and agree that this is a complete release and discharge of all claims and rights of the contestant against Max Studio and that no action will be taken by or on behalf of the contestant with respect to any such rights, it being understood that this release shall be binding upon the heirs, executors and administrators of the contestant.
General: Max Studio will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged or misdirected entries and accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from the entrant’s participation in the contest. Entrants understand that use of this site is at their own risk. Neither Max Studio, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers or directors nor any of its agents or any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the site, are liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages (including loss of data, revenue, profits or other economic advantage, costs and attorney fees) however arising out of or in any way connected to the use of this site or content whether based on contract, tort or otherwise.
