Gift Services


The first checkout step, check the "Send as a gift" option. You will then be given the opportunity to enter in your name and message, which Max Studio will have imprinted, on a greeting card. This card is then sent along with the package, to the receiver on the ship to address. The Price for the gift box and card is $4.00

Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise with the original manufacturer tags and label within 30 days of the invoice date. Shoes must be returned unworn in original packaging.

How do I return an item?

  • Customer is responsible for all return charges.
  • You must mail the item back to Max Studio Corporate Office. There will be a return invoice included in your package.
  • Send package back, including the return invoice Max Studio has provided for you.
  • Fill out the return invoice, noting the quantity and the return code reason (located on back of the return invoice)
  • Please allow 14 days for us to receive your merchandise, inspect it and process your exact request in accordance with your written instructions.
  • Do not send your package C.O.D, as it will not be accepted.
  • Shoes must be returned un-worn in their original box. Please do not place return label on shoebox, instead place shoes in a separate return box and label.

How do I exchange an item?

  • You have 30 days from the invoice date to exchange this item.
  • If you are unhappy with your item please fill out the return invoice included in your original package and mail both the item, and return invoice back to Max Studio Corporate Office.
  • Please complete the back of the return invoice to indicate what items you would like to exchange it for?
  • Please fill out your credit card information on the return invoice. Credit Card information must be filled out in order to process exchanges. You will then be credited or charged for the additional balance.

How do I receive a refund?

  • You have 30 days from the invoice date to return this item for a full refund.
  • Your refund will be credited to the card used for this purchase.
  • Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement
  • Your shipping charge will only be refunded if the incorrect item has been sent or if the item is defective.

How do I process an International Return or Exchange?

  • International Returns are accepted
  • Cancellations must be submitted to Max Studio within 24 hours and before the product has shipped
  • A $20.00 return shipping fee will be applied and deducted from your refund

Shipping and Express Delivery

Orders will be processed within 48 business hours (Monday thru Friday), and UPS Ground typically takes between 1 and 7 Business Days for delivery. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the check out page for the type of shipping you choose. Shipping charges are calculated directly from the shipping source via the internet. Note: Maxstudio.com only offers free shipping on packages sent via ground shipping services. Maxstudio.com does not offer free shipping on expedited forms of shipment.

Do you have overnight delivery?

  • Max Studio can expedite your shipment by overnight delivery.
  • Orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 10:30 a.m. PST.
  • Free shipping doesn't apply to military addresses and PO Boxes. PO Boxes and military address orders will be shipped by USPS Priority mail.
  • Overnight orders placed on Friday before 10:30 am PST will arrive the following Monday.
  • Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship merchandise internationally. For all international customers please visit www.maxstudio.co.uk

How long before I receive my merchandise?

  • You will receive your order within 1-7 working days. (UPS Ground takes 1-7 working days).
  • Orders received Monday through Friday will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Holidays Excluded.
